Kickoff
It's another shoot day, possibly our last day to shoot. We have a crane shot today. Background people are rehearsing one of the songs they will be singing. Other than that things are pretty calm for the moment, just waiting for the kickoff.

That's a wrap
Another successful shoot day on the IFC crew. It was actually not a long day, only about 12 hours or so. We're all cleaning up and gonna shoot again tomorrow so check out the videos and keep hittin refresh.
SHOUT OUT
So much to say in such a short amount of time. Sentences, paragraphs, pages, books. An insurmountable number of verbs, nouns and adjectives could be used to capture the essence of our emotions and describe how grateful we are to the viewers that take the time to read our blogs and keep updated on our film shoots. However were going to skip all that and just say; "shout out to Val" Thanks for enjoying this sweet goodness that is random IFC blogging.
MAKING THE DAYS
Sometimes it's easy to neglect simple things throughout ones day, such as; being able to stop and take a break, or decide to finish your project another day when it's approaching 1:30 am and you have a 10 page paper due the next morning. Here in the world of Mass Communications however we are about dedication, and it comes in the form of "making the day". If you are unfamiliar with the term, it simply means finishing all the shots that were scheduled on a specific day. That's exactly what we do, finish all of our shots. It's not uncommon to shoot back to back 12 hour days. (a light shoot)
